..ifrit mask and alchemy glove procs far better -___-

dont tell me you going to rewrite the description that it is actually 1% chance. Im buying it because it promise 6%.

yes here we go again... i paid real world money based on the effects of an item... those effects are not what were advertised when i paid my money... thats bait and switch... so before i go all out here... anybody have any word on if and when this will be fixed?

They were going to fix the bug with unequiping it but keeping the effect and the effect not ending..

thats not what ended up happening..
the proc rate was never an issue.. Please return at least the procrate listed on the item so people can go back to buying groove packs plz <3

paying real money for a game that keeps on breaking? not a smart decision, plus you can buy cd in mouth from vendors. I saw it on market

i strongly suggest that if you currently own a CD (not just random people who dont own it that want it changed)
and you've noticed the change in proc rate
you create a ticket https://support.warp...mNewTicket.aspx
Hopefully they get enough genuine tickets to change it back
already sent in mine

They can do what they did with the KvM one-handed sword/daggers. The bug was "fixed", but never revealed the formula. Insist to see what happens..

this is clearly not a "fixed" issue... when jupital thunder procs more often or i get elemental proof pots dropping far more often its not a matter of not releasing the formula... ive sent in a ticket already and have yet to hear back... ill give em a few more hours before i PM a GM.... (heh that rhymed)

All I have to say is the one of the few "bugs" in the game that was actually entertaining and somewhat useful, the lot of you screwed it away. Thanks jerk offs. If you didn't like what it did, DON'T F-ING WEAR IT.

Joined in and sent a ticket, the cd was awsome when i played it yesterday, now its just more then useless... 6% is what u promised when everyone payed a lot of both Zeny and IRL money(KP) to get it!! Shame on you if you dont make it back to 6% RO Crew!!

yupp id be happy with a good solid 6% proc... thats better than the 2% jupital thunder proc from wind ghost cards and they proc all the damn time

it would be different if this was a pre-existing item in game.. but the fact that people purchased those grove packs to get it changes things slightly.. imo

All we have to do is wait until GMs give in to Facekiller's QQing. It worked well on the GoCash costumes issue. xD

I liked the previous bugged version too, but make no mistake, it was certainly overpowered. Doing 90,000 damage in 5 seconds or less is most definitely overpowered when all you're doing is casting bolts. >_>

Hopefully you'll have more luck than I did with the Green Maiden pets. I was extremely persistent about that and all that ended up happening was Heim telling me to cut it out or I would get a ban (if I remember correctly).

Honestly I don't think its broken.

Its a 6% chance to activate a 5 second window.

That 5 second window has an unspecified % chance of activating a skill.

What was happening before was the window was permanent instead of 5 seconds.

ASSUMING 193 ASPD:

Statistically, its something like every 2.4 seconds you'll activate that window.

If there were 5 types of spells you could assume before that after 12 seconds you'd have all 5 spells learned.

If the activation rate was 20% for the spells during the "window", you'd see a spell pop out every 0.7 seconds or so. So after a few minutes of leveling, you were henceforth autospelling more than 1 spell a second.

However, now

After 2.4 seconds you have 20% chance to autospell something. This is likely to happen with 193 aspd but not gauranteed because its a RNG. Monsters tend not to live more than 3 seconds. So like it or not, the odds of you procing both the window and the actual bolt are quite low. And if you proc it during the last few hits of the enemy, you likely won't get the bolt off before the window closes.

Sounds like it is working as intended. Giving it 2 required procs for each bolt is kind of dumb though, which is what makes it useless.

It should just be 3% rate of activating any of the individual spells instead, no dumb window. Then you'd probably proc one thing per monster.

If they wanted to keep it to a "window" it should be like 30% chance t proc the window that way someone with 193 aspd is likely to trigger it on every enemy within the first 4 attacks, leaving them 3-6 hits or so to proc a spell before the enemy dies.
