doesnt really require any change good just the way it is. This gives both Drake and GR their own map the way it is.

For Clock Tower,
CT1: more Bapho Jr, less punks
CT2: more Clocks, less punks
CT3: Increase Alarms, Remove Skel Archer
CT4: Needs to be remade for something more party heavy making it worth a key like underground one that would most likely help spread the lvling area, something that has high exp like anolians and needs mobbing and larger party.

CTB1: not sure about this, i'm guessing its ok.
CTB2: definately increase the High Orc spawn possibly double since there is a huge amount of people lvling here, Remove Orc Archers they are just a waste of time and trap is annoying.
CTB3: Decrease/remove cramps/brilights, increase/focus penos near the ponds/water area since basically everyone lvls around there even non wiz (that maze to the right is retarded for spawns).
CTB4: from what i hear it seems like a good place to lvl and it seems like a good spawn amount but i'm guessing more anolians couldn't hurt.

Owl Dukes will be up in the bell tower for sure, but clock/alarm ratio is still not figured out.

The custom version of CT underground 4 is very unfriendly to many classes (mostly Blacksmiths and Alchemists) who would prefer just having a Bathory spawn. Similarly classes such as Wizards would prefer simply having an Anolian spawn. The mix of the two creates a very unfriendly map to most classes except for a few.

the last lvls of each tower and basement are meant for larger parties, i lvl solo BS at HO which is why i'd rather have them with increase spawn as i see many BS, alchy,wizards lvl there. In UG, which i havent been too, i hear that wizards enjoy the bathories with anolians as do sins(who basically dont have high exp places to lvl), and knights. The bathories are like an extra exp boost as is iron fists to CTB1,2.

maybe we could have CT1 be just a bathory spawn for people who just want that, doubt many people want bapho jr., punks. As for CT4 yea probably 2x even more the owl dukes and get rid of the ridewords/mimics. I think most people like the current spawn and not the pre renewal ones for most of those locations.

could we please have double the High Orc spawns and severely decrease/remove orc archers just a pain in the ass with their traps.

on a side note: magma still requires reworking for better spawns, the increase isnt enough for the spread out/large of a map it is.

Does anyone actually go to sunken ship except maybe to kill Drake/GR? I think a major rework would be required to make either of those maps useful for anyone. The hydras/penos are extremely annoying when getting around and Byalan/CT is better if you actually want to kill them (also, are Byalan spawn changes going to happen at some point? I don't see them on the timetable in the other thread). There do need to be more pirate skels on the first floor as this is the only place they spawn. The renewal spawns for the second floor look alright to me (i.e. - more penos good). Neither of these maps are that cool and could do with a major rework with new rehoused mobs from elsewhere if you're willing/able (could go for a GC sader / ME levelling spot on second floor?).

CT:

c_tower1 - Perhaps you could make a Bathory/Bapho Jr map here? It's always been a crappy map. Definitely hate the punks.

c_tower2 - I actually don't mind the punks here - they need to be somewhere. Could even add a few ridewords. But the archers skels need to go. I might go for something like 35 punks, 50 clocks (and maybe some more on a timer), 4 ridewords. I suspect that all the mages are going to move to Mi Gaos immediately unless you make this map more attractive. (Basically, I'd go for pre-renewal but nicer).

c_tower3 - Alarms! Tons and tons of them. I'd go for 100 or more (and no archer skels - they're just so out of place). I think this map needs a few different mobs though. Maybe some elders and ct managers, but also another staple thing. Not sure about this. Perhaps there's something from somewhere else you need a home for?

c_tower4 - Quite a lot of owls and a few, but not too many, annoyance mobs. I've never been here so I don't want to suggest much.

Alde_dun01 - Uhh. You could do just about anything with this map, providing you put some stem worms somewhere eventually. I'd actually love to see Doddler's suggestion here - make this an Anolians map (Bathories might work instead).

alde_dun02 - Fine how it is. You definitely do not need to make this any better, although the archers are an annoyance for some classes, and you could remove 10 of them. Lots of people love high orcs, and I think you need to add another high orc map (well, there is one, west of OD, but the spawns are abysmal right now).

alde_dun03 - Penos have to be somewhere, why not here. Could reduce the cramps and/or brilights a tiny bit.

alde_dun04 - I've not been here. I've heard it's pretty good for some classes/duos, not so great for others. I think you should make a purely/mainly bathory map somewhere, but if you like this how it is then leave it.

If people want a baths map, give them Alde_dun01. TBH, before Classic came out, I forgot completely that the map even existed. If there's a "stemworm" map needed, why not put them in 1 South AlDe. Alde_dun04 is fine the way it is now. Nice challenging map that this server lacks atm, with decent exp for the amount of work/skill needed. I think people want pure baths down there because that's what they were used to. If people want the nostalgia train back so bad then swap Anolthories to dun01 and put the pure Baths/jokers/swords back to where they were. -shrug- I dunno.

The game needs challenges-- taking them out will be a lull[aby]-fest and overcrowd in the already overcrowded maps.

Here are my suggestions for spawn changes, modify the pre-renewal 13.2 spawns for Sunken Ship slightly to make it just a little bit more exciting.

Yeah just add the Anolians to alde_dun01 and move stem worms on a normal map. Underground should be the one with whispers/swords/jokers/bathories.

CT4 needs +++owl dukes and maybe even a few barons. It wouldnt hurt to up the spawn of Elders and clocks/alarms as well.

I like CT1 being the "Bapho Jr." map. It could use a little bit more increase in spawn as well as something else added to the map. Maybe demon pungus+bapho jr? It would be a great place for ME priests to level.

I think the map changes you made so far to CT have been pretty successful, both anolian/bathroies and the high orc/iron fist maps are very popular to level on.

Aside from that the penomena map is currently pretty popular for leveling, so I wouldn't change it very much, maybe lower the timer of the spawns slightly? 3 or 4 minute timer instead of 5? I like the idea of making CT4 a useful map, owl dukes is a decent idea.

Other than that, I think it would be nice to remove the timers from the clock tower managers like they are in 13.2, and I would like the addition of an elder or two on the maps as well.

In pre-renewal I have always remembered GR being on the first floor. Penomenas shouldn't be increased on the second either, especially when we only have second jobs.

[edit] Remember, we're not even remotely close to 13.2 yet. Please reconsider before jumping episodes when the server isn't even ready for it.

Comments :
CT3 needs a higher spawn imo. It's annoying winging around to find alarms, especially with the addition of dukes to CT4, then a high spawn alarm area would be nice.
Likewise CT2 just needs more clocks to remove that frustration of having to search for them if the timed spawns are camped.
Penos has always seemed just fine to me and the bath/ano map is beautiful.

Split anolians and bathories. Make ct1 the bathory map. 150 bathories(it's a huge map) with a few jokers and whispers. Move stemworms to the field south of alde, make better use of their current map(move bapho jrs and punks there?).

Yeah, thank god. For a minute I was worried that heim might listen to people who are trolling in this thread or apparently have forgotten about the existance of magma/CTHOs for wizzies (not to mention the new buffed prison, stings and majos) and mino/pasana for merch classes.

PHEW.

Just let the sins and knights have a good map till Juperos or Ice dungeon comes out, please. It's not something we get to see often.

Wizzies don't need anymore maps.

I certainly wasnt trolling when i said to remove anolians have you seen the amount of them in other areas?

Given I leveld 3 chars on a bathory map that had 0 anolians on it in a CLASSIC RO state it wasnt too much to ask to have it put the same way as it was... merchant classes were in bathories alongside knights.

Guess YOU got what YOU wanted again. (*coughscrollscough*)

Why should everything cater to how YOU level, does noone else play this game in Xellie land and god forbid other people wish to have a map how they remember it when they USED to play.

Bringing back RO players that played years ago by giving them something they can't remember and don't like ... -_- yeah, seriously. Shouldn't the bugs be fixed before map adjusting? hows those DC's coming along?

Yes, that ignoring of the underground map and keep Anolions there shows an unbalance in the team of people who makes this kind of decisons.
