it's hard for me to understand it.. I dont know exactly or manipulate this program.. I am not computer pragammer expert etc... BUT i Have a question.. My friend got Ban because u accusing him suing 3rd party program. He don't know about it. ni Idea about 3rd party progra, he didnt even know how to bot or any form of violation.. THIS IS UNFAIR!!... Some people told me that you are Banning people because your system detected that a certain 3d party program has installed in a pC/Loptop and you detected by your system. you accusation based on your detection of a certain program. BUT R U REALLY SURE THAT THE 3rd PARTY PROGRAM is activated / or some1 using it in the game?. u just caught install by your system but doesnt really mean that he is using the program. you just caught by your system because u detected his IP address.. I just want to know the Many people here have no own loptop/ personal computer. some people are playin in a internetshop renting computers. of course the players don't have any idea that his computer has a 3rd party program.. YOU KNOW!!. GM team are so unfair. You Banned my friend, He spent time playing for years. YOU GM team have Lack of Investigation,. U just Banned the account without notiice of violation. people sends tickets but you ignored and you always said that the decision is Final. is this Fair to US?? oh common.. GM team please answer me?? You victimize so many people here...

Account suspensions can not be handled on forums, please ask your friend to use a support ticket regarding the account issue. If the decision is final then nothing much can be done than restarting fresh.
