Why did you up storm blade to lv10 when lv10 bear is better?

I think this might be better...
you wouldn't want spin it bear anymore after the 50% acc nerf on it, but thats the standard paladin build i guess? except for the low level taa/sd.

Xandiel, can you elaborate on how the 50% acc nerf works for Spin it Bear? Actual stat (your accuracy stat gets halved) or the bear just does anywhere from 2-4 hits?
Also, anyone know if Barricade's Slow Heal is based on % HP?
