[Fixed] Server does not save progress (5/30)

Awww the servers down, hopefully Warpportal fixes the situation, but for the meantime lets have a nice morning or afternoon chat together!!

There's no reason yet to believe the database has been corrupted like when there was the weeks-long rollback. If it's another hardware failure, all should just be reset to a short time before the error orcurred. Let's hope that's the case. 

But even so, another hardware failure is bad enough. I think we deserve a more detailed explanation from WP this time as to why these problems keep happening over and over again.

As long as the server or game gets reset to approx. the same time as when the game stopped saving I don't think anyone can really be too upset. If there is another 2 week rollback...I'd rather not think about it. Last time lost 10k++ in gold and items. If any GM could tell us if another rollback is expected, at least that much would be appreciated.

I would tell you if I would have any information. I personally hope myself that no real "rollback" is needed. I promise you guys, as soon as I get any information - no matter if good or bad - I will inform you immediately.

Okay guys, stop asking for free items and just pray that this never happens again and they actually fix things for good. :/ I would hate to redo things ingame again

Beepeex is right, stop asking for an event, we just lost 4hours max. not 2weeks

well its stupid asking for item,it is just a two hours rollback...if someone should get something is the players that lot their charecters in different servers like EU.me and my friend play dragonica since 2009 when it just got out,and we lost our charecters in the EU server because they closed it and instead of giving up on this game we continued here.we deserve items.

Hi I'm currently waiting for the server to go up but I am clueless on how long should i wait... If possible could any of the Dragon Saga team give us an estimate on how long will the server be down? thanks.

I cannot more agree with youà "pwh589". I also used to play with the european server Gpotato, and I lost everything, cumulating 2500 hours of play. And For an mmorpg, this is a lot of experience. Now I have to start from the beginning, and I realised that I miss everything haha. But, as you say, it is good to play the game. I lost everything but I still can play.

The staff is working on the issue since the

server went down. Sadly I can't give any ETA on this yet.

I will inform you if there are news on this.

Maybe you should have a look at how players on EUW server of LoL complain, but no one from the Riot staff answers them nor seems to care in any way.
