There's no reason yet to believe the database has been corrupted like when there was the weeks-long rollback. If it's another hardware failure, all should just be reset to a short time before the error orcurred. Let's hope that's the case.
But even so, another hardware failure is bad enough. I think we deserve a more detailed explanation from WP this time as to why these problems keep happening over and over again.

Cause not only of the investigation, including the handling of the case that have occurred and measures to prevent recurrence,
I hope that Warpportal is to perform a "report to the user" and "good faith correspondence".

As long as the server or game gets reset to approx. the same time as when the game stopped saving I don't think anyone can really be too upset. If there is another 2 week rollback...I'd rather not think about it. Last time lost 10k++ in gold and items. If any GM could tell us if another rollback is expected, at least that much would be appreciated.

well its stupid asking for item,it is just a two hours rollback...if someone should get something is the players that lot their charecters in different servers like EU.me and my friend play dragonica since 2009 when it just got out,and we lost our charecters in the EU server because they closed it and instead of giving up on this game we continued here.we deserve items.

I cannot more agree with youà "pwh589". I also used to play with the european server Gpotato, and I lost everything, cumulating 2500 hours of play. And For an mmorpg, this is a lot of experience. Now I have to start from the beginning, and I realised that I miss everything haha. But, as you say, it is good to play the game. I lost everything but I still can play.

server went down. Sadly I can't give any ETA on this yet.

Maybe you should have a look at how players on EUW server of LoL complain, but no one from the Riot staff answers them nor seems to care in any way.
