skill native element > converter > endow > ammunition > weapon
If a skill isn't forced to a specific element, the weapon is rife to be overriden easily. Since the kunai are required to use the skill and there aren't any non-elemental kunai, weapon element will NEVER factor into kunai skills.
Actually, there are non elemental kunai.....

At a ridiculous cost. Aren't they still the same 2 weight per as well?Actually, there are non elemental kunai.....
Cursed Waters aren't too useful mainly because of Holy monsters not being too common aside from Gold Acidus. I do agree though, they're awesome if it's to gain a neutral advantage because they're a lot cheaper than a converter, or something.Apsersio scrolls for soloing. I used those all the time for some characters back in the day. What's wrong with cursed water? I have 10,000 cursed water in my storage /heh
Aspersio scrolls... no Rather not use KP to grind...

Shadow leap should definitely be re-enabled.
Especially since Ninjas have such low hp, they can't survive any kind of decent defense. And the skill is pointless in pvm anyways.
Hope this helps demonstrate why Shadow Leap is disabled in WoE.

No...all I see is your character going into hiding. If you're talking about being able to jump to snipable cells, that's not really a big deal considering all of the other crap allowed in WoE.
EDIT:2nd picture didn't show initially. Anyway, it's like I thought. The only place that would be an issue is WoE 2, and even then, I don't think it's that huge of a deal as long as a guild is actually defending. I still think WoE 2 needs to be changed so that when guardian stones are up, barricades cannot be attacked, nor the emp, and when barricades are up, the emp still cannot be attacked, or at least something along those lines.

Dat recall...
Changing the way WoE2 works is not the answer, anyway. Sometimes you WANT the guardian stones up, when your entire guild/alliance is behind the invincible barricade and you're using the guardian stones to keep out the defender's allies.

It's a 1-15 cell instant cast Leap, vs a non instant fixed distance Leap.

Like I said, if you're defending properly, there's no reason that a K/O guild leader could get a recall off. Everyone keeps acting like it's Snap that can jump up onto walls and over snipable cells, but it isn't. It's extremely slow and cumbersome, takes forever to get anywhere, is extremely easily prevented, and is not even remotely spammable. Any guild that didn't absoultely suck should have no problem dealing with a K/O recaller (which I highly doubt anyone would try to make in the first place).

You could just make an agi based recaller type build it'd be a huge issue

It's disabled for a reason. You're preaching to people who have been around for a long time and see the abuse that can be done.
Snap doesn't ignore terrain.
