You can easily do a lot of damage per hit with godlikes/mvp cards but cart cannon is still really good even without those, since it is a 0 delay rate of fire skill.

That's also called animation delay, but it can be reduced if you have a good amount of Aspd.

If the formula was changed to agi, that will make this much more reasonable then.

I'd prefer the formula stay with int though, otherwise gene's will have to choose between bombing, or cannoning. Both specialized in different area's, and separating the two on an already fairly limited class is not a good idea imo.

Agi has nothing to do with the formula. It's just that some skills look like they cast faster if you have a higher Aspd. Dragon Breath and Ignition Break are good examples.

This isn't concerning. Various stuff gets changed in kRO Sakray and never makes it to mains, like the DB changes.

Are you talking about DB being affected by Demi-Human reducts? If so,even that never made it to kRO from what I know of.

Jakk was also going to affect it, right?

IIRC the issues were that the only way it can get reduced was by being an ATK-based skill?

The least they should have done was make it so other forms of Fire reduction work to reduce Dragon Breath. I can imagine Demihuman Reductions being overkill though, considering how easy it is to stack them. They didn't even go and do that.

Dragon Breath should be reduced by Fire resist so Valkyrja shield render both types of Breath to reasonable amounts of damage.

How did we go from cannonball pricing/damage to unrelated rangers/RK skills, etc?
