If the proc rate is higher, then id say its probably better than a rideword.

The biggest problem with the rideword is the proc rate for sp. My sp more often than not runs out completely before it procs once (without a nyd/incu pet).

Restoring half the sp is fine, honestly, since my hits on pretty much any class would proc full sp recovery.

Ill probably be grabbing one of these, then let it collect dust in storage until Mr. Hammer can take a look at it.

On physical attack, 1% chance to gain 1% of the damage dealt as HP, and 1% chance to gain 1% of the damage dealt as SP.
At refine lvl 5 and above, 1% chance to gain 3% of the damage dealt as HP, and 1% chance to gain 1% of the damage dealt as SP.
At refine lvl 7, 2% chance to gain 5% of the damage dealt as HP, and 1% chance to gain 2% of the damage dealt as SP.

i am pretty sure in most cases, most of the official RO's don't usually give out % on item procs. Its usually people who test them out and post what they find with their results usually.
As you saw on the official jRO page, no item procs % were given.

Tested a +8 vanarand helm at the mid-ti. +8 because i failed to +9 with 150 ores and i can wait for enriched. Also +8 for that higher 'certain rate'.

Remember at +9, the rideword hat gives a 5% chance for 16% hp recovery and 1% chance for 8% sp recovery.

So unless its gives a more higher 'certain rate' at +9 its not that much better than a +9 rideword hat due to the double rate. It is deff not 10% or double the proc rate of the rideword at +8.
