Crecentia's T1 pants is cheaper? Errr why?

 

I'm just happy to see crescentia does have colo gear (assuming the screenshot is real).  I heard there was no raid gear whatsoever for them, which didn't really make any sense for me.  At least this means they will have colo gear and be able to raid once they get it

And wtf is up with Ranger weapon?? 900k plus 170k quiver???

I'm assuming that's the case for Knights too??

If you are a knight/ranger, prepare to pay more than other classes to have the same...

It's actually worse, since to upgrade you will spend 2x too.

 

For ranger it's ok, they are ezmode on colo, knights not that much, and the T1 shield already costs way more than the quiver.

 

I really hope they change this.

if u talk about T1 I advise hold u bp coz (maybe) t2 added soon(maybe)

A bonus set stat is a  good idea just to make a huge difference between t1 and t2

dont know about t1 and t2 but CoA bonus stats better then AoD.. i really dont know wtf wrong with that game oO

From what i heard, the CoA bonus is 10% of how much you already have.
And the AoD bonus is 2% static regardless of how much you have.

COA set is only better than AOD if you have the following: (all the percentages are not counted when using skills and consumables)

Hit rate at least 133.33%

Vigor and Haste rate at least 20%

Critical rate at least 40%

I totally agree with what everyone is saying here.

 

They should make the 2nd tier harder to get (IE: Requiring much more blood points + 1st Tier Gear), since what's the point of raiding then when you can just go to the Colosseum 2-3 times a day (on average) for a month. Having the 2nd tier gear for blood points (especially just a couple hundred thousand for the weapon = 2-3 days more to save points) renders the 1st tier useless, unless someone is really in a rush.

 

As a matter of fact, I think they should hold out on the 2nd tier equipment until after Abandon of Despair comes out.

Why not make tier 1 gear + BP to get tier 2 gear. and the Victory medals can be replaced with either BP or some item? sounds fair to all right?

CoA is broken badly atm. And if I recall correctly, didn't you need to do something like kill ratmaster on hard 13ish times to get acess to AoD?

So again, there will be access to better gear before the next raid is out. But will require that gear to clear the previous raid to get into the raid where equal level gear drops. And the AoD gear suffers from CoA problems since it's a bad upgrade due to the set bonus giving a % rather than a flat increase.

 

And lets go further, any new T2 colo piece is going to be what, .5% better pvp damage/reduction? WoE is dead so what is the purpose of T2 colo gear at this point?

 

Why do I feel like I'm playing burning crusade again? Only the raid design sucks ass.

RO2 is bad designed, KS dictates the direction where the game is going so far.

 

As for gear, T2 has slightly better stats than T1, its not a huge increase. AoD HM gear is actually a tiny bit superior to T2, but in the current status of things, unless you get to exploit the crap out of it, you wont be doing w/o full T1/T2 gear and a handful of spinels/Kafra buffs, not to mention costumes with 3x +10 runes and all that crap. So yes, it's pointless, unless you want to do it for the challenge alone.

I saw a situation like that in other games, result everywhere one - death.

Crafted gears. They are there so people who joined the game late can catch up faster. They maybe not the best gear but at least new players don't have to go through RHD/Bapho/PVE then Bapho/PVE hard then CoA then CoA hard....and so on.

 

How can they afford crafted gears you say? Cash shop of course. WP/Grav gets more money, colo t1 people are happy and new players...well at least they got option. It's a win win win.

at present and those who plays long ago and those who only began have equal conditions for acquisition t2 set, and to tell the truth it is much easier for those at whom already has t1

So if a newbie wants to catch up directly to the last tier equips (because that's what your argument is all about right), he can certainly do that without doing any dungeons (except dungeons for Union).

 

And if that newbie still wants t2 colo wep (even though it's equal to the wep he already got), who cares?
