I could take off the Guillotine Cross part, I just thought the bonus with both Twin Edges was cool since they can use both of them.  But even after that they still wouldn't be Kirito.  How about my other 2 ideas?  There was nothing for those?

melee RK doesn't need a buff, if I wasn't storm gusting for a low TI party I'd find you  a video of an RK doing like 4k melee damage attacks at 193 aspd

 

If you wanna make it like kirito have the 2 swords autocast sonic blow or something lol

SAO is awful and a ripoff. Kirito is a -_- Marty Stu character with a harem, and he was flat as cardboard.

 

.hack is the supreme pseudo-MMO series with coma patients. Kite was an amazing character with great emotional range and believable relationships.

Show me a video of him leveling in the Human Somotology Laboratory using Ignition Break.  I can get up to 4k damage.  As I said my first post after the idea, I didn't get the idea about anything like Kirito.  I didn't even think about that until that first guy said something about him.  I originally had the idea just for Rune Knights, but I knew there would be screaming about it, if it was only for Rune Knights would have even been more than this.  The hat is intended more for increasing physical damage the way Ranger's No Limits does for them, so that Ignition Break can have a shot at leveling for higher level areas such as the Human Somotology Laboratory.  I realize now I forgot to add a level requirement, I intended it to be for level 160+.

 

Sorry for the triple post, my computer wasn't loading so I kept pushing the submit button.  Usually works without multiposting the same thing.  And I still prefer SAO, Accel World they don't get stuck in, and it's like 1 boring game.

For each refine level, increases Atk by 1

There it's toned down.  Not like it will ever win anyway.  Same thing with my other 2 submission, all though 1 of them is technically not a headgear.

I think there is fundamentally wrong with someone's attitude if they think any sort of criticism is hatred or rage. Believe it or not, people who criticize your proposals are doing so to help you get something "passable" through instead of a [REJECTED] stamp, and trying to protect the game they love. If anyone "raged" here, it was you, Talim. The same as when you got told you were wrong about re-rolling the enchants on RWC pendants. Which, BTW, I did 2 days ago for my alt account and I was definitely able to re-roll slots 3 and 2 over and over.

Also that rainbow promise is brokenly op

Adds a chance of casting lv 1 Praefatio with every Physical or Magical attack or Heal
Increased holy property damage by 3% per refine level

Increased heal effectiveness by 1% per refine level

Spamming prefatio with autoattack 193 aspd would make melee soloers invulnerable. Make it only trigger when casting heal or something.

Holy +% would be abused by a gx just aspersioing their weapon and getting a free +36%, this is broken. Make it say magic damage holy, not just any holy attack.

And then you made it also do what yggcrown and chibi pope do on top of that. Should be more like refine/2.

Kettle Hat also casts Waterball which removes the deluge effect and the cast of waterball is of a lower level and doesn't do that much damage. Plus that only accounts for deluge.

Similar but serves a different function

Maybe make it autocast a low level ME and have it for Battle Bishops ;w;

Okay, so decrease the % it increases per refine to like 1% or even 1%/2 refine and change the Praefatio cast to ME if we want autocasting to be offensive or make it autocast Praefatio only for heals and then also change the heal % to 1%/2 refine.
