Problem: The quest "Legend of Jawaii Island" is bugged. You are supposed to collect Bugibugi's Treasure Box from a node inside his house. The Box appears like an item that can be collected, however it is impossible to collect. No matter how/where you hover the mouse, the collection icon never appears. Even zooming in to view the actual box/node for the collection item, the box is still noncollectable.
Should be: Make the box collectible? Fix the node location?
Steps to Reproduce: Accept the quest from Chief Bugibugi "Legend of Jawaii Island." Go into his house behind him, approach the sparkly box, get frustrated as you try every conceivable way to collect said box.

Additional Notes: I've tried relogging, abandon-retake, and completing other quests in the questline but this quest is still bugged.
That seems kinda ridiculous.... I mean normally when I have problems clicking to collect stuff, if I can wiggle the camera around to see the actual box that is the spawn for the collection, when I hover over that then I can easily collect it, but that doesn't even work for this collection spawn.

Same problem here. But i'm finally able to collect the treasure after changing channel couple of times
This was... weird/fun(?) Well, it was fun and creepy walking around under the map.
Date: 7 July 2016 Bug Severity: Minor (probably can't be reproduced, or maybe only by Wiz) Game Area: Map boundaries Character Information: TouRyuu, Wizard, ML30
Problem: In Secret Forest Tomb(H), I used the Teleport skill to move faster after killing Sohee, and went right through the wall. If I remember correctly, it was the corner on the left side of the stairs going down.
Extra notes:
- Location when dead was N327.2, S437.8; 21.3m below Sehee, according to the enemy targeting system.
- Time of Death was July 7, 2016 at about 17:52 (in case devs/GMs/etc want to look up more exact info)
Should be: You probably shouldn't be able to get outside the map boundaries.
Steps to Reproduce: I'm not actually sure how accurate or useful these are. It may have been a 1-off, since I didn't exactly try to do it again.

Yeah there are also a few cracks in the walls in other parts of the dungeon (not my place to say where) that other classes could technically fall under (due to another bug).
[NEEDS INFO] Date: 8/2/2016 Bug Severity: Critical Game Area: EP.1 The First Mission (Eremes solo dungeon) Character Information:SilentHeroJr, Priest, Master Level 40 Problem: Stun for 48 minutes which causes inability to complete quest unless you stay there for 48 minutes and continue once debuff effect is gone. When using /escape, player is teleported back to the spawn point in Prontera, still stuck with the stun and unable to move. when summoning a mount, player is able to resume movement with the stun debuff still active. However, dismounting causes the player to go back to being stunned. The player must die to remove the debuff. (In my case, I used a mount to ride over to Prontera Fortress and had another player kill me.) Should be: 3 to 5 second stun debuff? I don't remember. Steps to Reproduce: Videos / Screenshots:

I think you're supposed to use one of the two heal spells to remove that 50m stun, I'm 99% sure that /escaping is the wrong thing to do

This one isn't a bug. The third skill (Default key: 3) will remove this debuff. Using /escape is actually the worst thing you can do under that debuff, because you lose the ability to heal it.

Problem:Damge reduction % received aren't working on Serenia(4) and Cazar(4) set effect
Should be: Damage reduction % received should be working & additive to other damage reduction % skills
Steps to Reproduce: The easiest way to test this is to go Wonderland Dungeon(E) mode. Use any class, equip 4 pieces of Serenia armor for the set effect (5% dmg reduction), and then summon gorem pet (5% dmg reduction buff). The total dmg reduction from 'Blessing on Ancient Warrior', Serenia(4) set effect, and gorem pet is 90% + 5% + 5% = 100% dmg reduction (take 0 dmg from monster). However, you will still take damage (which shouldn't be).
There is another method to test this but it requires a lot more time and is harder to test (which I've done and provided for you in the screenshot of the excel sheet).

Below is a spreadsheet of another method I did to check the set effects. I did calculations to check (from left to right) Defense formula, Defense formula with Greenseed armor rune, two columns of defense formula with armor rune and Serenia(4) set effect.

I had a ML40 ranger friend (with 0% penetration, pvp inc, dmg inc) spam lvl 10 impact arrow on me(ML40) and I recorded each hit and converted it into non-crit/non-parry number. The highlighted rows are results of the experimented and calculated dmg. As you can see, the results are all close. HOWEVER, I DID NOT include Serenia's (4) 5% dmg reduction set effect into the calculations for the two columns on the right. The results are extremely close and is proof that the set effect effect are bugged and aren't working.
Extra:
I label this as a critical bug because players gearing up that get 4 Serenia armor get them just for the 5% dmg reduction set effect.If it wasn't for the set effect, they would be using more Eddga armors instead. The Serenia (& Cazar to an extent) set effect helps a lot in PvE and PvP. It is a shame for players to +20 their end game armor, spend lots of resources on it just for an armor set they dont know is bugged and doesn't work, especially when they are expecting the set effect to help them in JDQ, Wonderland dungeon (H), PvP.

Can't use Guild's Skills (Strike A Vital Point, Pierce Eye, Dazed, Chronic Fatique) if they're not maxed (7/7)
Should be: Able to use them regardless of the Skill's level
Steps to Reproduce: No idea, some of my characters can use them, some can't.
I'm unable to replicate this one despite matching the problem. Please note down any information next time you run into it. Info that would be useful would include class of character, level, precise guild skill levels, etc
