Today we learned of the passing of the great character actor Alan Rickman. He brought life to characters such as Hans Gruber in Die Hard (in his first ever film role!), The Sherrif of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Severus Snape from the Harry Potter films

 

And of course, in my favorite role as the actor playing the Spock analog Doctor Lazarus in GALAXY QUEST

Coming next week

God Items Creation Quest for WoE 1 god items will now reset kill quest counts if after 3 hours you have not completed them. The timer will be set for all characters when they receive the kill counts from the dwarf.

 

 

 

Bug Fixing

Cursed helm effects disappeared, will be back this week

 

We weren't able to get 3D Glasses working yet, it appears to be hard coded that it display the chick hat instead of the proper item

 

 

First Quarter Projects:

Changes to the WoE 1 God Item Creation Quest
Working Version of the PvP Arena that a certain player (I don't remember if he wanted to be named) has been working on.
Stage 1 (Lvls 1-40) of the Janeway Replacement Project.

Will you be doing testing with the script work themes has done for new type of bg in the test servers ? Also what's in the box. (Brad Pitt voice)

1. Kafra Shop item Chocolate Donut (does not currently + HP, but the other donut does)

2. It sounds like people are ok with effects on the Animated cat hat, if it looks kosher it can go in with this month's groove pack along with the HE Gum, Deviling Hat, Evil Marcher Hat

I don't think it would be a good idea to add that cat hat with those effects. It will give a very strong damage bonus to emperium breaking compared to what we currently have, it's like a mini gloom under night card without even the downside of not being able to use an unfrozen armor.

It looks like we don't have the script since it hasn't been implemented in iRO on Classic or Renewal, so we could make this a mostly cosmetic item or something alternative to what's stated in the current description.

make it reduce 10% damage from the angel race like poo poo and while your at it release more hats with a 10% racial reduction for pvm players

People is saying that it increases damage from holy/angel and increase damage upon shadow/demon, so yes not useful in woe. Still very powerful against high end MVPs  :p_omg:

like the box so far. i hope it isnt full of party this an that scrolls. (not that ppl dont like them, i could just use a month off)

 

looking forward to finally having a few deviling hats and evil marching hats to break with the upgrade npc :)

 

no deviling hat.... sadface :p_sad:

 

 

 

still no word on challenge dungeon hp reduction or tweeking the mvp drop there?

As much as I enjoy the quick warp to a pumpkin vendor and a kafra on the same screen in hugel, you should probably actually update the spotlight warper in asgard this time.

Gravity's plan is to have Hibram stack with so many items and become so powerful that when the HW casts on you, it brings your character to the deletion screen and deletes your character. You think Gravity would be smart enough to nerf the most powerful and game breaking item in the entire history of Ragnarok Online but no. Gravity has proven time and time again that they don't know how game mechanics work and are blissfully ignorant of the fact that Hibram is more powerful then god items or any other item in all of Ragnarok Online. People think 1 shotting one person in woe is OP, but 1 shotting entire alliances is perfectly balanced, oh and this is from 16 cell range, not 1. It really must be nice to be ignorant of factual statements so that you can always play dumb. If anyone at Gravity knew how to do basic math they could easily calculate just how much damage a well geared HW does on full reduction gear characters and see that no matter what gear you have on, you will get one shotted.

On second hand, why do we keep getting these hats with crazy matk? Why don't we get anything with just regular atk on them? 10% attack with 2% for each upgrade level? If it's good enough for matk why isn't it good enough for regular atk? The bias is real.

On second hand, why do we keep getting these hats with crazy matk? Why don't we get anything with just regular atk on them? 10% attack with 2% for each upgrade level? If it's good enough for matk why isn't it good enough for regular atk? The bias is real.

still why no fencer?

and if its hard to put fencer in the box why not just put it on kafra utility, sell it liked other kp item

50kp=10 fencer

 

and people will not again have to ask to put fencer in box anymore

and you will gain profit

 

so its kinda win-win situation

and i will not have to buy those overprice fencer from those vendor`s

 

 

 

to infinty and beyonddddddddddddd~~
