I read, I have an ADSL, and my IP is assigned randomly by my ISP everytime I connect to internet (so it change everytime) and considering that solving a ticket will take time, my IP will be already changed when the support will solve the ticket.. in other words they will fix an IP, and I will get another blocked IP.... very useful.

I don't know the technical details behind the block, but users unable to login after the DDoS should ticket in. You can try to get a new IP, see if that works.

Already tried in various ways (resetting router, with command dos (IP release/renew)), checked the IP changed, connecting from 2 different computers), but still cannot connect, so it seems the problem is not the IP. Any other idea?

From yesterday when this problem occurs till now it is almost 24 hours and yet it still happening. This is not fun at all. If the DDoSer does not pay for this, warpportal is going to pay for this.
