Lets keep it simple.

 

If, IF, they can do selective changes to the skill, this means, continue the way it is now on PvP/WoE settings, and revert it on regular maps (wich i really dont believe they can, neither will to do), this would be a nice change.
If they can't do this selective change, this is just not ever going to happen, simple as that.

I get your opinion.

However, I just hope they can just remove it, even if they cant disable it purely for PVP or WOE. i have my reasons stated already so I won't restate them.

Besides Kadelia, I have not seen anyone against it posting with a valid reason to uphold it. I'm just waiting for Oda or Camp to see this and give me a reply.

I agree that gear disabled in woe is the most solid answer to pvm only adjustments.

Stupid lowlife no-delay users causing all these changes in the first place. Why do they even exist? They must suck at playing so bad that they need to cheat their way to their illusion of victory. Pitiful.

Because our community actually has issues with hackers whereas the developers in kRO don't.

When your character is tied to your national identity (which you can't really have more than one of, unless you're Liam Neeson or Tom Cruise), then you won't even try to break the game like this. Too bad it's impossible to implement on iRO.

 kRO players don't abuse nodelay and packet injection like iro/euro/malay/phillipine players.
 

 

kRO - Korean players = No cheats = Have won 2nd place in RWC before ='o

 

iRO - Non Korean players = Cheat rampage = Never won RWC even we've got so many pro in WoE xD

chose not to because latency from my country can be around 0,2s which makes aspd based skills suck

0.2s latency still means 4-5 casts a second sometimes no? :v

Still way better than 2.

You have a good point. However, WOE players have strong voices in the forums, which is why I had to present my prior reasonings that it would not affect WOE, but only harm PVM aspects for RKs.

If you're talking about the precedence of WoE over PvM or something, I dont know, but his second statement on PVM having more players than WoE is definitely more accurate.

If 2K active players really participated in WOE, I wouldn't have needed to compete against people for MVPs even during WOE times :v

By the way I see that the server population jumps from 3.2K~ to around 3.7K~ish during WOE hours, I doubt there's more than a third of players that plays WoE.  Players need to grind to get levels (except medals), so PVM players are more.
