 Why are edits that show enemy buff timers allowed?

All it takes is one person that knows when an enemy's skill will drop

such as the woe lead/target caller and the entire guild/alliance

has an unfair advantage

If people don't watermark the commissions they do for others when they post them in public and then the person who bought it plasters it everywhere, it's going to end up on google mixed in with all thsoe other RO arts/fanarts that nobody knows where its from so how the hell can a rule be made out of that?

Fact check: Does Kami Kali plaster art everyone?

 

No. Kami Kali only posts commissioned artworks on her avatar and signature and occasionally on her tumblr.

She has never posted Fier's art publicly nor used it in her signature and avatar. Fier posted it on tumblr her own and that was eventually reblogged, which has nothing to do with Kami Kali. Her artwork has her signature at the bottom right of the image.

 

Google will pick up things from Deviantart and tumblr and other art sites, again, unrelated to what *I* do and post. Original artists have can permission to post their artwork on their blogs / deviantart, unless you're trying to say that's wrong? It's totally my fault that people steal artwork of others (:

I had to deal with someone recently who stole an emblem I made, an original work. I basically pmed him, was totally nice and cool about it, we had a good chat and he removed it in the end.

 

What didn't happen: making comments about the third world, insults.

 

Players should be able to resolve these sorts of issues themselves, the staff shouldn't be policing almost unprovable crap about avatars, sigs, fanart, misunderstandings, unwillingness to politely ask, unprovable ownership/intent.

It's fking 2016 guys. The game was never meant to even last to the point it is now. They ran out of ideas since transcend came out, the client is old and the way they code the game is just as old.

 

No matter how much the GM says this this this of client edit is illegal they will never be able to find out about it or even have the manpower to attempt because it is ALL client side edits and nothing to do with server. I probably shouldn't be saying this but unless you post screenshots and videos no one will ever find out about whatever it is you do. Which is the main reason as to why GM never wants to teach you or tell you how to actually edit your clients.

to begin, 10 years later to post rules, but is fine, now what? no because you guys post the rules this become in a friendly game / Community, to be honest is too late, so many cheaters, ksers, scammers,  etc, but at end is the same way.

Example:

"Use of Bots to adventure is prohibited" you guys say this, but when someone send a ticket or post in forums, what is your answer? We will take longer to eliminate these bots, they create more, so in other words, leave them alone / ignore and at some point we will eliminate, when we have the time and we want to do. (Aka Patrol bots post)

Re: woe rules, will the GMs really watch and patrol during WoE to catch all these? Will they now be in the correct time frame and castle with people?

Also, just for clarification, sins cant portal cloak anymore?
