Please give as much feedback as possible, I think it's about time some of these things worked and in some cases were buffed because times have changed.
Shrine Maiden's Hat
Increases the damage of ^0000FFMagnus Exorcismus^000000 by 20%.
Increases the damage of ^0000FFMagnus Exorcismus^000000 by an additional 10% per upgrade level of the item up to a maximum upgrade level of 10.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Adds a 5% chance of casting ^0000FFLevel 5 Heal^000000 on the user when receiving a physical or magical attack, if a higher level of this skill is known, it will be cast instead.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Reduces the fixed casting time of ^0000FFMagnus Exorcismus^000000 by 50%.
Ordinary Black Magician's Hat
Bypass 10% of Mdef of Normal, Boss targets when performing a magical attack.
Bypass an additional 2% of Mdef of Normal, Boss targets when performing a magical attack per upgrade level of the item up to a maximum upgrade level of 10.
Increases the damage of ^0000FFChain Lightning^000000 by 5%.
Increases the damage of ^0000FFCrimson Rock^000000 by 5%.
Increases the damage of ^0000FFEarth Strain^000000 by 5%.
Increases the damage of ^0000FFJack Frost^000000 by 5%.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Matk + 5%
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,

Reduces damage taken from Small, Medium, Large size enemies by 5%.

Adds a chance of gaining ^008080Explosive Mushroom Spore^000000 when a monster is killed.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Adds a chance of gaining ^008080Thorn Seed^000000 when a monster is killed.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of ^0000FFSpore Explosion^000000 by 75%.
Dead Man Bandana
I have no clue how to approach this one.
Very Normal Hat
Dex + 5
Increases the damage of ^0000FFTriangle Shot^000000 by 10%.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Increases long-ranged damage by 1% for every 10 base DEX.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Increases the damage of ^0000FFTriangle Shot^000000 by an additional 20%.
Oni Horns
Increases the damage of ^0000FFCounter Slash^000000 by 15% per level of ^0000FFWeapon Blocking^000000 known.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Atk + 20
Hit + 20
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
Adds a 1% chance of casting ^0000FFLevel 1 Counter Slash^000000 on the target when dealing a physical attack, if a higher level of this skill is known, it will be cast instead.
Sea Captain Hat
Increases the damage of ^0000FFAxe Tornado^000000 by 20%.
If upgrade level is +7 or higher,
Increases the damage of ^0000FFAxe Tornado^000000 by an additional 2% per level of ^0000FFWeaponry Research^000000 known.
If upgrade level is +9 or higher,
