I remember people get bottles directly from investments. I earned quite a sum buying and selling those. Was it removed? Did everybody just stop doing investments?

Tho seriously, the inflation was too sudden it felt like somebody dumpedd 100b++ into circulation. Until recently, only end-game gears fluctuate in prices.

Yeah, clearly WP caused this intentionally though they didnt dump 100b into the server like how banks can do this in real life. Just look at the HE Bubble Gum example, they charge 500kp for 10 ea, which means 50kp for 1 HE Bubble Gum. Even if KP price is as low as 15-16m, it is still 7-8m for HE Bubble Gum, while the acceptable price should be below 5m ea. I've been requesting them to consider lowering its KP cost, but of course its been conveniently ignored.

Everyone is dumping all of their money into the flavor of the week OCPs with high refinement requirements. >+10 effects. Since more people can't justify keeping up their spending level with the rapid release cycle less WPE is available for other things. The price of everything is tied to WPE, therefore everything is getting more expensive proportionately. 1k WPE doesn't get you very much these days. 

 

As an example, heavy lifter boxes haven't gotten better at all and the demand for them has not increased, however a month or two ago they were vending for 50-70m. Currently they vend for 130m. The reason is a box of weight limit costs 500 WPE. Your opportunity cost is selling boxes of enriched ore (or just selling the WPE code). If you buy $10 worth, and WPE goes for 250m, you would be brain-dead to sell lifter boxes for 70m. 125 Minimum.

 

In addition OCP boxes go for 300 KP. Obviously, nobody wants to take a loss, so the floor value of an item in an OCP box would be (250k/KP) * (300 Points) or 75m. Using Algebra I, can you solve for how much 3x BMs should go for right now? Hint: There are 6 in a box. Spoiler alert, 12.5m each.

Everything ties back to WPE and the scarcity and demand of Kafra Points. As long as WP keeps up their insane release schedule for best-in-slot cash shop exclusive items, the number of whales will continue to be hunted to extinction. The supply of WPE will dry up and the demand for it will remain high.

 

And that is how to TL;DR a "supply and demand" +1 postcount response.

it's safe to say that even with MVP cards in cash shop. they wont be catching up.

^ Becareful what you say. Those people asking for that are the minority. The majority, excluding myself ofc is totally capable.

i don't see how having mvp cards in the cashshop helps thor player gear up to chao's standard.

it's more likely that chaos will take full advantage of those mvp cards in the cashshop

Probably caused by RE:Start. They fragmented the already diminishing player base, and now nobody is buying WPE on chaos, same problem just like in Thor. Facebook market is filled with people selling their accounts and zeny, dumping more money supplies into the market.
