Been playing this game on-and-off for about 16 years. Met my girlfriend (with whom I now have a child) through the game. Had some great times playing it, most recently back in February this year.

 

But what a way to go! I would say "see ya, Ragnarok" but this time I won't. I think I'll let all my stuff rot on my disabled account.

Any remaining hope I had left in that this situation would and could be salvaged one way or another has since gone and left my body.
I feel sad, disapointed. We get that the WarpPortal team is also stressed by the situation, it is clear the Korean Gravity does not care for its iRO / European playerbase.


If they wanted to have people play on servers in their region, quite an easy fix from their end would be to get everyone on the same base game before enforcing the new Terms of Service.
Possibly offering one-time "free" updates to servers 'stuck in the past', and then offering a one-time server transfer to those stuck in a "wrong region".
Instead they alienate their users, give them less than breadcrumps followed by the finger and "the silence treatment".

Think positively. EU players IDs just will be frozen. When EURO patch has enough compatibility to receive them. They may be transferred to EURO eventually.

this has nothing to do with the new EU law, but eerything to do with that gravity HQ wants to region lock every official server.

 

ruRO is coming back this year, aussie/seAsia has an official server for a year now? - still betting they will be next after this EU debacle. 

 

If gravity wants to region lock every official server, they should have long time blocked asian, AU and SA players as well because they also have their own official servers as well. What they actually wanted is to destroy the multicultural aspect of this game.

 

Gravity only eyes $£€ on us, they don't value us as a customer (player) whether we are veteran or newbies who supported their servers for long time.

 

 

Oh, if they going to block people from other regions in the future, they might as well replace the word "International" with NA or whatever.

This isn't "International" anymore.

They're taking care of refunds as long as a ticket is sent.

pRO has been out for awhile now and last I checked, they still had no forums. Apparently they do everything through FB, which to me is just... Eww.

What will happen to the items of eu players? I think i just bought some from eu quitters for bargain price. They even give me freebies. Are those gonna get confiscated? Sorry, i'm new here.

you can use our items, the ban in only on the EU accounts and IP and not on the objects, in short, if I give my MVP cards to a my US friend he'll be able to use them, cos the cards are on a US account and not more on my EU account.

So don't worry, your items will continue to stay on your account and you'll be able to use them.
