Name of item/skill/NPC with issue: Skills in the 2nd tier window

Describe the issue: After using santa's skill reset feature i travelled to morroc and started putting a few skills on the 1st Skill Tree which worked fine. When i moved on to the 2nd skill tree i couldn't allocate any points after choosing and clicking the apply button. When hitting the apply button and then the confirm all skill points just get returned.

Describe the issue: I think they forgot to replace Yao Jun Hat in the evolution requirement with Bongun Hat during the latest maintenance.

I already prepared all the evolution requirements:

• Bongun Hat (instead of Yao Jun Hat)
• 100 Munak Doll
• 100 Amulet
• Yao Jun Card

But it gave me the "Not enough evolution materials" error

Describe the issue: The option for taking both quest at one time is missing for a premium subscription users. Before the maintenance the option was available but not for now.

Describe the issue: Not actually tested but check if the upgrade level will be carried over to the slotted version for item-based VIP users. I can't test it because I don't want to risk my Mad Bunny to revert back to +0.

 I lose my +11 Mad bunny shield to a +0 mad bunny shield (1)..... can GMs assist for this issue???

Dang it! 

Go ahead and file in a support ticket, they should make you whole in my opinion assuming you did have the VIP buffs activated. I will also pin this error again.

Describe the issue: The usual "cannot be recognized by VIP" problem. The problematic Goods Cabinet in Eden 2F is located near the supposedly location of the Cracked Buckler NPC. The one in first floor is new recognizable by VIP, however.

Reported Issues:

• Database error when attempting to delete a character.

• Fixed Database Error that prevented the deletion of a character

 
 
This is still not fixed. For additional details, I tried to use my e-mail that connects with this account for deletion confirmation but would give this error. When I try to login in the WP website using the same e-mail I used, it's working and my RO accounts that have my characters to be deleted are there with no problems.

 

EDIT: I think I know the culprit of this bug now. The characters that were moved from their original position before hiatus were the ones that are getting bugged when deleting. The ones that have their character select positions stayed after hiatus were the ones that successfully deleted without issues. I hope this will help narrow down the analysis of the issue.

It's appear that NPCs didn't show up after we enter into the instance. Quest cannot start without conversation with required NPC.

Not sure if this is a bug but some costume preview image don't match up the actual way the costume will look. This might disappoint some people if they rely on it.

Describe the issue: The boss seem to be hv infinite HP every time when it enter rage form and return to center. Mind checking on this issue as the HP of Boss never shows to player.

Type of Issue (choose): Cannot click "Destroyed Instance"

 

Describe the issue: Cannot click "Destroyed Instance" outside the entrance of Malangdo Culvert. If you char select from Malangdo Culvert usually happens when Full Strip, you cannot  click "Destoyed Instance" in any City even in Malangdo Island to do other instances. It is only possible at the entrance, the place where the cat npc "Missing the Cleaner" resides.

Type of Issue (choose): Portals not leading to the correct place

Describe the issue: Both instances are having issues with specific portals. Those portals, instead to lead the player to an isolated area of the map, are leading the player to a previous location that they had passed, turning the path as an infinite loop, which makes impossible to progress and, therefore, complete the instances.
