Hi guys,

 

Was trying to login into the game after a year, but the below error occurred.

 

"CEasyAntiCheatGameLauncherMgr::CreateInstance()

 

 

I have tried to re-install the game, but it doesn't resolve it.

 

Is there anything I can do to to settle this issue? Thanks.

I created a ticket but GM said there is some software on my PC preventing the connection(even though I told him that I completely installed a new Windows, Installed only Ragnarok and VPN software). He told me to contact EAC directly which EAC doesn't allow players to do that.

 

No hope.

 

Try to click "Play" and ignore the error or use VPN software.

This is gonna sound weird. Just go ahead and click on Play on the patcher. Apparently, just clicking Play will run it anyway and start the EAC for the game normally. I had this issue and couldn't figure out how to clear it. I uninstalled, deleted everything relating to the game, reinstalled, tried to run it again, saw the error again, uninstalled again, and reinstalled. It didn't clear the error, but it runs normally when you hit play, even with the error.
