Are there any plans about launching a temporal test server so we can test out the new tweaks and the new contents before they go live?

I imagine if they ever did go back to using test servers Ygg might become that server to save costs of running a new one. Though I don't actually think we will ever get another test server if I'm honest to myself.

I hope everything goes smoothly. It would be nice if enough positive changes and new updates to the game helped to bring about the population boost that was expected with Renewal.

Sorry if I wrote confusingly.

Basically right now every member over 2 gives =10%.

So party of :
NOW
2 = (100 +0)/2 = 50%
3 = (100 +10)/3 = 36%
4 = (100 +20)/4 =30%
12 = (110+100) /12 = 16.7%

Likely proposed

2 = 50%
3 = (100 +25) /3 = 42%
12 = (100 +250) /12 = 27% (better than an old school 4 person party)

One of the parts of that party proposals is for the rate to not be hard coded but changable with maintenance, so we could have party events. Such as up the bonus from default to +50 or higher %. 50% bonus BTW would be 50% normal value for any party size (12 = (100 + 500)/12 = 50%)

I think it should be higher for a 2 man party, because those usually consist of a killer and an AB. Maybe like 80-90%? Something to make it faster to solo so there is no leeching, but enough to make you want to party an AB. It's especially hard to find and make larger parties and sometimes it's nice to just party a friend.

And about new dungeon, isn't it that a single dungeon will finish as ID3 and Abyss, DramaxDrama? Even if it will be only for premium accounts, surely in the beginning there will be an big amount of ppl there, so I don't know if this could be a good test, since it will increase the ill mannered and the competition. Maybe to start having the possibility to chose between some dungeons could be better.
Anyway this is just my personal opinion.

Though I'm just kidding around I'll be happy to see what this new place is like and more importantly what drops there. The drops will be the bigger issue if the mobs only exist in that dungeon and the loot in unique as well it should be imho then the issue of paying RL money to obtain certain gears. However if the price is low even the F2P non Kafra shop users might buy to visit.

Will the subscription dungeon access be similar to the Poring Key was for New World or whatever. I think that's what I'm thinking of.
Where you get access if you have subscription, but EVENTUALLY it will become normal in-game?

Deep Sleep will no longer work outside WoE castles.


So this is blocking DSL even in PvP? That is opposite of the direction it should be going. DSL should be usable in ALL maps, but ONLY affect monsters (not normal NPCs) outside of PvP maps. Poor play good sir.

To help speed this up anyone requesting a specific patch needs to tell us the Class, the Skill and the date of its patching on kRO (iro wiki has a section for this).

Thanks for the update! Finally something to look forward for. The changes to the party system will be greatly be appreciated by the players and will encourage more to play and have fun. The new dungeons sound good too. Looking forward to it. April is a long way to go though. I hope some more interesting things happen before then

No, it means they will always only be premium only. (A perk to go premium) But, they are also allowing people to use a kafra shop item so you're not forced to pay for a full premium pass. If I understand correctly, Requiem has a few of these.

I'm liking the plans I just have one question, What is the expected time line for most of these?

The dungeon we are duplicating is a lower leveled dungeon to test the concept to see if there is enough interest to make non-duplicated (IE Brand new content with no reusing of old) stuff and later still to make instances.

Instances have a place in the world for doing quests in my opinion rather than leveling. A dungeon respawns an instance i wouldn't let it respawn, it is about getting through it then out.

Personally I would love to do a bio labs instance with a quest and that is the only way the MVP there spawns or something.

I wonder how development team at HQ are going to handle if every RO have requested their own stuffs like this... That's mean they have like tens of separate patches/modifications only for their specific service?

Will our future plans also make it into other versions of RO too eventually if they have make positive impacts? And other RO's future plans making to iRO? (like our proposed EXP adjustments, refinement system, party system, etc.)

Bossnia is a limited-availability premium dungeon on pRO and some other servers, filled up with MVP bosses.

Partying for two people should get a bonus too. I don't see a reason why there is no bonus now and there will likely be no bonus later. Do you see a lots of those duo parties right now? Or why do you think those parties do not need an improvement?

exp ALWAYS goes to the killer, its never 50/50. kinda how it should be for support classes. would also like to see CHASER SKILLS useable only in woe (manhole on pvm maps wtf? really?) should be pvp/woe only. cannot stress this enough.

Modified party exp and 3rd class job exp those would be very nice, but for some skill blockage that would be prolly implemented in the future, I don't think people will 100% like it, I've seen lots from Doddler's site but if that would make the game more fair and square we should consider also player's opinions.

It was useable in the outer WoE castle map, which meant you could DSL people outside of castles. It was highly abusable, so I reported it. I'm glad to see they are fixing it very quickly.

Manhole has legit uses outside of PSP/WoE. :) over Chasers because some people abuse it is crap. The skill should only effect players during PVP and WoE, but it should always be usable.

They should really fix skills to only work on monsters PvM. I really want to use DSL PvM, but of course I'm not allowed to, because it'll put players to sleep. I don't see this ever being fixed, since Manhole is still so abusable.
