I was playing my RG for 90 DEX ever since and got enough hit rate since I rarely fight flee-classes like GXes and which you can stun em with Shield Press or just 1-shot poke em w/Pinpoint ATK (crit damage which never misses), but if you want cast time and more hit rate then 100 is good but I wont suggest pumping any stat for RG over 100 because they dont benefit much from it.

"1-shot poke em" means 1 shot kill? If yes, how?

At 5:25, how did you cast gloria domini, since I don't see it in your hotkeys?

How you 1 shot pinpoint attack kill them, inspiration, provoke then pinpoint attack?

Piety > one of the best skills for reducing elemental damage eg. vs Pre-casts and endow/converter users = Yes, but I have Lv 1 because I only mostly use this for rushing.

How would be an example of the usage of piety, like eg I originally am neutral element, but the enemy uses a poison weapon, so I use piety to change my element to holy to reduce its dmg?

For a main attacking skill in WoE, definitely banishing point.
1) Instant cast = uninterruptible.
2) Lot's of movement in WoE, and most of the time there is a delay is involved. ie. the person you see standing there might be a few cells away. So target skill like banishing point and pinpoint attack will connect whereas ground target skill like OB or moonslasher might hit nothing.

Moonslasher is good for support though, and for being a nuisance in emp.

so a RG cant use banding and prestige simultaneously?

Cant use them at same time. Only either one activates, most RGs would only main 1 of these 3: Inspiration - Banding - Prestige > again, because they dont stack/activate at same time. Tho Banding & Prestige doesnt have long cooldown like Inspiration which is 5 mins, can be recasted anytime.

Hayroh I saw your vid testing vellum katzbalger with your rk, and it's obviously highly effective against RGs. Any ideas to counter v.katz Rks from an RG's perspective?

Only thing you can do is avoid getting hitlocked, Id mostly just try to speed pot away and try not to out pot/waste your healing supplies or just die, because someone who has 193 ASPD on V.Katz is a tough encounter 1v1, since it can kill you in a few secs.

Reflect damage doesn't work, what about shield reflect? Sorry I'm too poor to buy a v.katz to test for myself lol.

Hello Hayroh.

I'm taking ur Battle RG -Insp/Sac Build as a model for my near-future Battle RG.
I got some questions that I hope you could answer due to your experience:

Is Maxing Spear Quicken really necesary for a Battle RG? What's the use for the extra flee/crit rate given? Letting it on 5 or 6 would let me max sacrifice and defending aura with paladin's job points and giving me some RG poins to spare.
In this case I could max Genesis Ray and Pinpoint Atack with the RG points but I'm not sure if that's the best thing I can do.

Since I'm returning to RO after a 3 years pause break, I'm not familiar with any of the renewal and/or post balanced skills.
I'm assuming this options based on what I read on this and other topics around the web.

I'm actually leveling my Paladin to job 70, I'lll be ready to be a RG soon.

SQ 10 is amust if you are taking Overbrand at max for damage. Maxing Genesis Ray and PPA too depends to your taste.
