I've made a thread half year ago regarding the flawed design of ROSE evo where this game basically have the cleric class as main driving force. I made a suggestion for PvM without nerfing the cleric buffs/heals, but I couldn't think of a solution regarding Cleric requirement for CD other than putting a buff stage, even with a buff stage available in CD it would just be a partial fix, the side with a supportive cleric will always have a clear advantage, I came to the conclusion that "For a small scale PvP games 10 vs 10 such as CD or 5 vs 5 such as DP, a balanced number of clerics queue system must be implemented."
The game right now (PvM wise) basically is already implemented with the auto pick up HP/MP/Clan point system, I just wonder if Leonis will continue with my proposal made in that thread where, you could get buffs after killing stuff, they will also be auto pick up as well.

Buuf on pick-up from killing monsters is actually solved by the proc'ing system for classes who have them. or atleast it seems that way to me

Ummm since I didn't feel like reading 4 other pages...the first page had the life steal passive idea that I....just...like can spear champs PLS have a life steal or something because clerics don't really heal a class if they are "useless" to them most of the time. But I think the cleric system is fine however, I don't think people realize how costy and how much work it takes to actually USE a cleric and I think that giving clerics a little bit more leasure when it comes to buffs and actually have an npc buffer because rebuffing someone right when they come back or waiting for someone to spawn can take up a ton of time and makes cd a lot slower. Just my opinion.

Now, turn to raider and scout. If those classes are moderate and at the right level of adjustment at the moment, then why do majority of you play those two classes, not the cleric? Face it, majority of you play those two classes because you think those two give you the highest percentage of winning and highest number of kills ? Is that not overpower?
What do I suggest? Cut the attack speed of raider by half (yes, by half). Adjust the critical rate and attack speed of scout to the lower level. Increase the defense again status change for cleric. Increase the reward points for cleric. These 4 steps will encourage the cleric class return to CD and solve the problem of no or lacking cleric in CD/war.

I will sincerely and honestly advice you and the DEV Team to remove and delete the Cleric class because the way few of you arguing is not going to develop the cleric class. In fact, it will force the cleric class to shy away from being playing than ever before. Playing the cleric class is not fun. We play the cleric class because we want to support others, but if we take a closer look, we are not supporting anything when we are being turn to the slaves, which everyone try to step on. We have no attack power (even BC has very moderate attacking power). Our defenses are barely enough until other players surround us. Our pet costs lot of skill points, which we do not have. Worse, the pet is so weak and unable to do anything. If the cleric class is overpower, why do we have very few clerics I. Game and war? If you said playing the cleric is easy or overpower, why do you not make one, play it, and stop complaining about the lack of it in war?

Your proposals towards the raiders + scouts [being off topic aside] are rediculous. Just because you have a personal vendetta against those classes does not make them over powered. Most people playing raiders? No. I wouldn't think so. There's actually a rather large spread of classes now.
As for you constantly stating that I'm trying to kill the cleric class. If I wanted to do that, I would make proposals like you make towards raider, cut def 50% blah blah. No, if anything, I'm saying "Allow food, so clerics can focus heal themselves a bit more often to survive longer and get more points, but since food is strong reduce CD heals 5%".

How many more times are you going to suggest that scout/raider nerf? It's been months and several topics you've been trying to hammer the hawker class into uselessness, despite the majority of people thinking they're rather well balanced (and scouts even somewhat underwhelming to some).

Why dont you make a raider / champ / scout and see how hard it is to not suck. Seriously, some people I know have spent 100$'s of $'s and billions and billions just to gear their char, and have played them for years straight to get that good.

regarding clerics..we are so not underpowered or weak. with a good build you can tank pretty dam well. most times I survive longer than my team mates. its stressful..in a fun way. people who cant handle the responsibility should not play a cleric..
there seems to be a lot of division regarding opinions of classes. people saying raiders suck or that clerics suck, I have seen people who play these classes so well.. maybe you're just a bad player most players have learnt to adapt to these skill changes without a problem but then there are people who still complain.. just because you can't play a class properly doesn't mean it's the class's fault. stop trying to get the devs to baby proof the game for you

And again, this thread was not supposed to question the strength and balance of Clerics, it got posted in order to get the cleric requirement in again to make pvp games more balanced.
If they are or are not leading the scoreboard or if they are or are not balanced was not the sense of this - it was just the question to make pvp games more enetertaining.
So please skip posting how strong or hard to play the class is, or if their points-system is fair - write if you agree or disagree and nothing more, thanks.

Cause: Clerics [lack of]
Fixes are being proposed, but in order to get a solid fix proposed, you have to discuss the hindrances that are being caused, which involves class strength discussions.

Why? Aren't the players that are not class reps allowed to chime in with their ideas? Are we some kind of elite group? I am sorry, but if this thread should be moved anywhere, is should be moved to the class discussion section, not the class rep section.
