Let me just put it like this.
There's a LOT of people within Animosity that want things to be fair.
They love their guild and the friendships contained within the guild, so they don't speak up.
Why don't they speak up? There's a few individuals within the guild, core members, that will relentlessly attack and berate you if you dare to speak anything that doesn't agree with their agenda.
They will go after the people you care about too, whether it's your significant other or best friend. They will make those people feel unwelcome, in turn making you feel unwelcome, or at the very least, put you in between a rock and a hard place.
Maybe Lambor doesn't realize this, because at the end of the day, he's a nice guy overall.
He just tries too hard to make everyone feel appreciate or like they matter.
This is also one of the major problems, people lose their value in a guild setting. When you lose a member of your guild, it should feel like a loss.
It shouldn't be like "Oh, who cares, the next guy can step up." When you have such overwhelming numbers, no one makes an impact and no one feels like they matter.
