How is CS/Sin numbers?

CS used to pull pretty decent numbers, but due to irl issues from the leaders, it's been lower.

Even some of the core members that have been there since the server started left to join Animosity.

Sinergia usually has a mob of people online, but I don't know exact numbers.

People have been TRYING to put the work into it, and it's not happening. At this point most of the people who are WoEing are in guilds, what exactly to you propose is done? Where is the opposing alliance supposed to get members from, exactly?

this is not for me to answer.

Complains others don't make an effort to ally up > submits to the other side instead of forming own new alliance (woops there are no more players to recruit, nvm!)

no one wants to put in the work to do it, and the people who were are tired of doing it. Why this thread is made.

I don't think its the fact that people don't want to put in the work to be able to take down an alliance of 170+, its the fact that these castles cant even support having that many people.. You can put in all that work all you want, but fitting that many into 1 castle, Lag > 170+

Everyone wants to join the winning football team

Not everyone, there are few players who simply quitted rather than joing the winning team. That is sickening :heh:

But this is for sure one of the main issue we're having and it is killing the server, but in the end, game over and everyone suffers. Whoever invests more, suffers more lol

so when LR and Smokies tried to defend the alliance, Your guild VIERMA, SL, decided to ally up Animosity along with their 2 other alliances and try to break the castle, instead of attacking Nid 2. How is this "fighting Animosity"? Please tell me your insights.

It is your problem. You had nowhere else to go.
Someone from each guild correct me if I'm wrong, but Smokies probably wouldn't have taken your group and LR sure as hell wouldn't have taken your group.
Animosity for the most part didn't even want you guys. They had polls to vote whether or not people wanted you in guild and they didn't.
Your group of players has a consistent track record of piggybacking within other guilds.
So it's not a huge surprise that you go to Animosity since they are one of the only places that will take you (and not because of the approval of most of the members)
Lambor and Pred welcome you all no matter what everyone else in the guild thinks because they want to be on top at any cost.

Me? I had to even close 3 skype accts because of ppl trying to pull me back and PM me just to ask if I'm goin' WOE when I was already been so casual about this game. The last time I got bunch of PMs were from the old A2S ppl whom we agreed to bring up and save this server by the founding of LYC. We had a blast from last and this year, LYC and I myself even temp-WOE w/CS and Animo just to compare and tell ppl in our side whats the difference of an well-organized alliance or guild w/an aim or goal not just randomly zergin into WOE forts, waste supplies and how tiring it is to babysit, carry random ppl just for the sake of that "balance" or whatever "lets make the server lively thing". Overall and the majority of us got tired of ppl and better accepting defeat than playing with the usual bads who couldnt even basically sync in alliance pushes/rushes during GvG. We've done our part and thats it.

if I were you I wouldnt take any of this game/internet crap too serious because none of them would change a single thing in the scenario nor contribute even abit. We used to play in opposite sides, ppl naturally talk s***, who cares? What's important for us now is both Animo & co and us have the same goal and being more stable. None of this suggestion threads wont even save or change the upcoming domination days of this server. Its the ppl in this server who control the scenario.

Next guild for you in Renewal? From what I've red in your previous posts, you seem to be very knowledgeable about whats happening and you should be the lead of next resistance, try it and see for yourself. I enjoyed my first day in Lambor's forums.

So Chaos, keep or give up, your choice. /com

Let me just put it like this.

There's a LOT of people within Animosity that want things to be fair.

They love their guild and the friendships contained within the guild, so they don't speak up.

Why don't they speak up? There's a few individuals within the guild, core members, that will relentlessly attack and berate you if you dare to speak anything that doesn't agree with their agenda.

They will go after the people you care about too, whether it's your significant other or best friend. They will make those people feel unwelcome, in turn making you feel unwelcome, or at the very least, put you in between a rock and a hard place.

Maybe Lambor doesn't realize this, because at the end of the day, he's a nice guy overall.

He just tries too hard to make everyone feel appreciate or like they matter.

This is also one of the major problems, people lose their value in a guild setting. When you lose a member of your guild, it should feel like a loss.

It shouldn't be like "Oh, who cares, the next guy can step up." When you have such overwhelming numbers, no one makes an impact and no one feels like they matter.

xellie leaders have tried with no vial. Just like your doing its time to point out what is going on, but without the help from us. What we did was eliminate our involvement, so that a better alliance can form, with out any past drama preventing it.

It sounds like your side's poaching people though. How is a better alliance supposed to form if all the good players and their equips are taken by the side that already has dominance?

For that matter, why even have an alliance? Wouldn't it foster the competition you so crave if the guilds in your alliance actually fought each other instead of curbstomping the scrub guilds on the server? Hell, you could even divide your current alliance and ally with weaker guilds instead so that more people can participate, and maybe one of those scrub guilds could own a castle for a while and have a shot at getting god items and whatnot.

Lets please go back on topic. We all understand that there is an unbalanced amount of players in one alliance vs the population. Rather than attacking any guild or requesting the guild to take action, lets come up with a solution that can be implemented from the GM's on saving woe in the present and protecting it in its future.

Get back on the objective topic please, any drama from this point on will be scrubed and/or removed.  The purpose of this topic isn't to air your dirty laundry of X guild because you're in Y guild.

Implement an huge, big, juicy, thick incentive for taking a castles Econ thats over # amount.

or

inactivate alliances (wont work).

see what you fail to see is that their is just as much gods mvps on the other side you just need to bring then together. On a side note maybe you guys should look at how to make yourself most effective in woe, and not just a failed gx or wl without fbh. Imagine if you get a mass amount of sura sc on yourside would be game changing. Failed imagination is the downfall/ willingness to reroll yourself to a more effective char in woe. You guys want to know why animosity is so effective is cause they balance out there players into different classes needed, and maximize everyone potential. No, people would still want to play a comet wl with no fbh killing nothing and wasting supplies.

It would be nice, if the guild limit and alliance limit reflected the server's numbers. When the servers were at 8k people and more, the need for more people in a guild was reasonable, but now... we get MAYBE, an extra 400 people when WoE comes.... granted not all are going into one guild, but if there are only two major alliances (as far as I know).... eventually it will get boring for all, regardless of winners or losers.

If both sides actually had equal number in gods and mvps, it would be safe to disable gods and mvps. Neither sides would be harm and this would induce new and none-mvps/gods users to participate in WoE.

We should try it and see if the WoE situations would differ in any means but my bet is, WoE would differ dramatically, just my 3 cents :p_devil:

PS1: I have my own two megs, so I am not a sour grape case. I would be more willing to have mvps and gods disabled, just to be fair to new players and encourage more competitive WoE environments.

Ps2: Before you say anything, let me explain myself clearly, gears are important as well as personally skills (ie teamwork, class distribution, etc), but we want it to be as fair as possible right? That is, we want to give incentive to new players to participate in our current saturated WoE.

I play Comet WL with no WoE gear and default a +9 Bellum Arc wand and still kill a plentiful of baddies.  Actually was a bit surprised myself!  OH and actually, I had the big bully alliance try to recruit me but I had to turn them down because I didn't want to be a part of the problem....

*end ego post*

OT:  We just need an incentive to overtake a fort with 250+ econ.

Rather than attacking any guild or requesting the guild to take action, lets come up with a solution that can be implemented from the GM's on saving woe in the present and protecting it in its future.

That's kinda the thing though: there's no system-level solution that's going to work. Even if you limited guild sizes to 15 people each and zero alliances, they'd simply agree to stay out of each other's way and come to each other's aid when requested, all behind closed doors, all very political; same people, just operating under slightly modified rules. If anything, it'll let them make an even bigger alliance, free of the game's limitations.

This is a social problem, needing a social solution, but I get the feeling that the dominant players on the server are stuck in their current mindset, so there's little anyone is going to be able to do until the weaker side falls apart and the stronger side succumbs to infighting/quits over the lack of competition.
