If it applies to everyone, does that mean it amplifies gfist too? If it does, dark claw + lexed gfist would be pretty strong. : o

I think other mvps that get healed would also be randgris and white lady, but it shouldn't be not too important in general I suppose~

yeah, it increases g.fist. also when we get rebelion they have a skill that reduce neutral resistance by 50% at max lvl, so g.fist will be something REAL powerfull

So i have two questions first being say i wanted to use a main gauche/sandstorm in off hand would a Fatal Triple Liberation(aunoe 3xAbysmal Knight) or Titan Triple Liberation(Minorous 3x Abysmal Knight) be better? Second question say instead of a sharp ice pick i wanted to replace for one of the comboes above what crit consumables does abrasive stack with? Thanks for any help .

You can use the noodles that add 20 luk, buche de noel, desert sandwich and takoyaki for a good amount of crit. However, the sharp IP is good for stuff you don't wanna spend too many consumables on.

 

As for the weapon, it really depends on your entire setup since your crit damage might be high without the weapon factored in. The lower your base crit damage is, the better it is to add some. You'll have to calc that one with all your boosts factored in.

as a thief you should mainly invest in agi>luk>str>vit (every 8agi>4luk>2str>1vit)

 

unless they plan to keep mesmerist forever then you could go with agi,str,dex and reset once youve gotten the equips for critting

While leveling I would say grab a little dex. Worst case scenario, you can always reset later on. No dex at all is only really useful pre-GX if you're using plenty of consumables to make up for the lower luk/crit.

Should dark claw be increased from 5 secs to 30 secs?

I think it'll be nice if dark claw is changed into self-buff, instead of target-debuff.

 

That way people can't take advantage of your DC if you're competing for MVP, and you don't have to click a target to use (which saves a lot of time and prevent misclicks).

If dark claw was a self buff that lasted 30 sec it would be completely overpowered when stacked with EDP.

Well, in a way it'll probably be useful enough for parties with how much hp the coming MVPs have.

do we have ways to calculate DPS using standard available gears + dark claw ? e.g. total damage for the 5s

Well kind of, do check how much you hit for, multiply by amount of hits per second then for dark claw multiply by 2.5. Then you multiply that by 5 for the total duration.

 

For example, if you were to hit for 30k per hit at 193 aspd, your total damage in 5 sec with dark claw would be around 2.68m without counting offhand hits.

 

 

Then you could improve that damage even more with gloom card/thana card, LK card/bloody lust. If you had access to those, you would become an absolute killing machine.

im just a bt pissed about the time frame for the skill out of all the new skills gx has 5 secs to there use and 1 minute cool down 30 secs would be nice is what im saying not even ill take 10 secs >.<

5s is being fine for me, hardly there's a mvp fight that takes longer than 10s with dark claw

And making it a self buff for 30s is pretty much like giving No Limits to GX also, but a gx dps is by far higher than a ranger.
Just imagie in a woe where a gx buffed with it can get to your precast and kill everyone with 3 RCs, making it a debuff to single target in certain ways balances that

Well if you look at the MVP vids I was making at 150, low end MVPs were already taking me 1-2 seconds with my old weapon and before Dark Claw. Mid range MVPs already took between 5 and 30 seconds depending on which...

5 sec kills for mid range MVPs at 175 isn't much of a stretch.

My defaul setup in most of mvps is +9FQL]Drake/missing] and +7 Ice Pick[AK]/+10Main Gauche[4xAK], +12 White Drooping Eddga, +9HBP, +9 Temp Agi AD4 Lucky Day, 2x Megs, Rudra ASPD1 and Costume Santa Hat, Elemental armors or brynhild.
And consumables as aloeveras, ressentment, +20 str, sesame pastry etc...
Its a double attack dual dagger build, with frenzy effect and dark claw i made up to 265k dmg on Amdarais *-*
