Post has been updated regarding the Spartacus. The change was initially planned as we received a list of updated effects for many of the OCP items. As you can tell from the list here most are buffs. But in this case it would have been a nerf that was not what people paid for. As people paid for this item it will keep it's paid for effect. 

 

 

i do really hope that this applies to all soon to be nerfed gear, especially DH

 

because you do know we all gambled and paid for it as well, not only just for spartacus

I need some help! Can I get my Cylinder a free refine level?

Further update. For users who have a Cylinder Hairband or Red Lotus Stole. Since the change on these items is a single refine level difference. Any user that currently has one of these items refined may write in to get the refine level increased by 1. Example +7 -> +8. Please note that this can only be done ONCE per item and the GMs will be recording if an item has already received its bonus refine level. So do not purchase an item expecting that it can receive a free refine as it may have already received it. Items that are restored by the GMs for any reason cannot receive a bonus level as well. Please note that ANY item that has received a free refine will not be eligible to transfer its refine level to another item.

 

The upper limit on these refine levels is +12 for either item. The GMs will not boost it beyond that point.

 

 

Now I can request my +9 cylinder to make it +10 (nothing special I know, just want to see it +10). Gonna refine other cylinders.

Devil's Hand (Loses 50% FCT Reduction. Gains Skill Targeted FCT Reduction)

so besides removing all FCT for lion's howl, the FCT for zen, MS, and SSS would be half of their respective values? remember, jRO doesn't have FCT for these 3 skills while we do;

 

also, an error is still present in the current description;

the only effect that requires +10 refine is the 100% hard def bypass;

WOW so i wasted 5b on trying to refine a +9 to +10 (katar) and these people all get a free damn refine because you changed a description, but you still wont believe me that blessed hammer is broken. I LITERALLY HATE YOU NOW cant believe your giving out free refines.

Can you at least elaborate what's going to change with the other items? Telling us that some items will be changed doesn't help at all and just spurs more speculations.

Is it possible that you guys allow the transfer of upgrade from level 4 weapon to an armor??? since it have the same rate of refine as level 4 weapon? 

 

The reason behind this is, when we are upgrading the Spartacus for example, it is what we want at the time, now we want some armor refined and not weapon and would rather spend the ores to the armor. Can you please let us know if this can be done?

Armor uses Elunium.

Weapons use Oridecon.

anybody can explain about lose hit n gain Perfect hit for phreeoni wing?

Okay, just to be clear on phreeoni wings incoming FIX if im wrong please correct me! Phreeoni Wings was BUGGED giving the player +50% Hit rating meaning if i have 600 base hit rating my hit rating will be 1200 with the bug phreeoni wing combo. Now with the upcoming FIX to the right item description you will lose +50% hit rating and gain +50% perfect hit meaning my hit rating will stay at 600 and i hit mobs for 50% of the time even if my hit rating is 1.

Pretty much. I think it would be 55% as you have a base 5% chance to always hit so.
