Okay so this is what weve found out so far. Not all reported hack cases appear to be by the same group. The GMs are still researching the tickets but it appears that there are two groupings for affected users. Once of which is may to be a relational hack case. We will be reviewing the GM notes tomorrow as well as having a policy meeting with the Head GM regarding their policies.

meeting update camp? i believe its early morning there, please do update when the clock hits working hour

Hello Camp, I seriously and respectfully ask that the GM's get a refresher course on this topic. My friend LittleBurger, has a pretty penny on this game. The GM's probably have no idea of that fact. The response he gets, is so underwhelming, to the point that it is offensive, and gives an impression that the GM's don't care or not willing to work on the restore and do the investigative work that they should be doing.

 

It was no fault of his own but yet he has to spend a lot of time going back and forth trying to explain and get the GM's to restore all of the items even though he already provided a list.

I wouldn't be surprise if a corrupt GM or GMs is behind all of this. I'm not sure if they still hire third party overseas contractors to process their tickets, but this is not the 1st time.

@campitor I suggest looking at this ticket from Lion  Lion is a good friend of mine, and he spends a lot of money to support this dead game. Whoever is assigned on his ticket number might be a culprit. There's a possibility that all of the support staff members are involved and tend not to help at all. They're one of the reason why players quit because they don't get good response or treatment whenever they send a ticket for help. We're about to hit three weeks now, and nothing good happened. Please step up Camp and help resolve the issue.

+1 on this, got a friend who handled poorly 2 years ago. he just straight up quit the game

I've gone through that point when Camp decided to kill WoE and most of WoE folks quit in 2018. So now, I understand what most PvM players are going through right now hahaha
