I would also like to see battle sorcs but its nerf on nerf on nerf for them sadly


I actually play a battle sorc and even though it's fun, it's really disappointing when you compare to other classes. For scholars/sages, the renewal changes buffed battle builds a lot, but then you get to sorc and it's just...you can't compare. Psychic Wave won't do enough damage to 1-shot stuff in your level range, and the cast is really long compared to other 3rd class skills. Even with foresight it's still really long.
I don't PvP though, PvM only, so I have no idea how buffing sorcs would translate to WoE.

I don't think that's a reason to just give up. General history is littered with examples of things that took a long time to change but they did eventually change simply because people didn't give up on the idea.


Yes but as Heim has said repeatedly, customers are satisfied, and they are making lots of money.

I have had TONS of feedback saying players are happier than before and the changes are doing great...


Why would they change the game if they honestly believe this?

Did you try Elemental Converters with Elven Arrows and Elven Bow?


Yes I always had converters on

lol I had a +12 bloody elven bow and arrows obviously
200 total dex with foods
+12 WW suit
+9 WW mant
+9 WW boots
+12 CEB of true Sight

and I couldn't kill anyone who actually mattered for WoE...

Sure Killing other Rangers and people who don't wear a shield is easy...but players who matter are laughing at ranger damage in WoE

We don't want 90% Suras in WoE. But with kRO making RETARDED balance changes, it's heading that way. The game should be more about teamwork, not just having a 1-shot skill and determining who has the fastest reflexes..... That's the -_-tiest way to play an MMORPG.

put FB shoes on a sorc and make it the 2nd most deadliest AoE killer in the game(WoE)...no joke

There's your first problem. Archer Skeleton card will always be better for ranged attacks in Renewal for weapons, since it increases overall damage of the attack instead of a Race card that only improves the Weapon Attack.

In case you also didn't know, but CEB doesn't help with increasing physical ranged attack damage(Despite allowing you to reduce it). Unless they fixed that recently without me noticing.

I don't remember the details, but I thought it was posted that that first balance patch was just the largest, significantly gameplay-altering one out of many that kRO implemented. What changes were coming afterwards? Are any of the issues highlighted here addressed in those patches?

Top Priority goes to Performer classes!
Dsl before Balance Patch used to be so OP and strong, but now its just worthless. Honestly, there has to be a bug to it because, if a sorcerer can use Arullo, and it works, they why cant DEEP SLEEP WORK. Performers owned the Deep Sleep status first, but now we cant even claim that, with sorcerers being able to mimic or moves with a GREATER success rate.
To fix the skill, I advise bringing it back to the way it was before Balance patch.! Honestly, this will make up for the uselessness of performers.!

Wanderers & Maestros are suppose to support and disable right?
Exactly what skill of theirs is even support? If your talking about Chorus skills, only about 3 of the CHORUS skills really buff! If you think about it, performers can only buff those with their 3rd class BUFFs, if the people are in their party. If we are woeing, they we performers wont be able to buff everyone, only those in our party.!

Maestro Vs Wanderer.
Lets compare them, shall we?
First off, Wanderers have Dazzler and Maestros have Unbarring Octave.
Dazzler is by far Way WEAKER then Unbarring Octave. Dazzler is to stun, and can be given immunity with 100vit, While Freezing can only be given immunity with a CARD. Which shows the unequality, because Maestros can freeze people who dont use a certain armor, while wanderers cant even stun a person if they have a NEWB Armor because of their 100vit. If you are fighting 150s, wanderers wont have a single chance of stunning! I think what yall should do is, make 2vit=1% immunity to Stunning! That way you would need gears, and stats for immunity to stunning, and it wont be to Overpowered! Unbarring is already way better then Dazzler!
Dances! GK vs Lutie
Basically, these two dances are balanced in a way, except for the fact that, GK dont lower sp cost for all skills!

Dances! Slow's Grace vs Impressive Riff!
These dances are balance I guess. But, the thing is Impressive Riff dont literally give aspd to a wanderer if the wanderer is Swing Dance'd!


Dances!Lady Luck vs Magic Strings
My question is how exactly do these skills relate? Lady Luck increase critical rates, while Magic Strings, decrease time cast time and delay! Lady Luck is a useless skill in my opinion, only reason why i would get it is for linked Strings. Thing is though, a Linked Wanderer's Strings, isnt as useful. I studied that a Maestro's strings has a better effect then a linked Wanderer's strings! Unfair! They should be equal (:! The reason why Maestro's strings is more useful is because of the dex. A lvl 150 maestro with lvl 10 Voice Lessons makes strings more useful, as if a wanderer have level 10 Voice Lesson, the strings wont be the same! In my opinion, strings is a bit OverPowered! But whatever! I say giving Lady Luck a new effect would actually be great!


Dances! Focus Ballet vs Perfect Tableture!
Omg these skills are totally useless if you ask me.!When do you EVER EVER EVER See performers using these skills. Honestly, dancers need to hear about Focus Ballet though! Focus ballet is only used by me when fighting Gloomy! and Perfect Tableture isnt used at all!

I think a much simpler task to do would change the vit requirement from 100 to 120 for complete immunity to stun. Before renewal 100 vit was achievable, but not preferable. Now after renewal 120 vit is achievable, but not preferable by most classes.

er i m not some calculative guy or what but i have tried my dmg with and without ceb and the dmg difference is 3k on a +9 ceb *i m not so rich :(*

about bloody elven bow they have a discussion on it on irowiki so this part i m not sure HHAHAHAHA

but i got to admit this balance patch is better then the previous balance patch,but with the new kvm's coming out especially the instant gfist will kill the game as currently sometimes i hide gfist from noobs who dun ruwatch :D

but yea i also do around 15-20k to suras in woe :P

Why would you even choose a wanderer vs a sura in the first place. Try an RK vs a Sura both with godly equips :dunno:

So funny how this thread for balance feedbacks turned to "nerf suras"... /sigh

Its just ppl mostly look at the 1v1 OP issue and forgets strategy/teamplay before even crying about deym suras.

I think I'll just continue killing more suras than complaining about em...

Back to feedbacks which is the real topic of this thread, I bet most ppl like me just gave up also posting there, for obvious reasons... <_<

@_@ Umm, I was thinking, that if a person gets 120 vit they get 60%, and that way they would have to be skilled on equips, and learning to get immunity with both stats and gear! But if they fix immunity to 120 vit, then im happy too!

You have to do a proper damage test with a ranged attack while wearing the CEB with Maximize Power. The weapon's upgrade will make the damage jump around without Maximize Power. Last I heard a few months back, people were saying their physical ranged attack damage was not being enhanced by upgraded CEB's.

i have a sura, please they are not expensive, are they OPed ? yes
do they need nerf? to an extent yes
claiming they are expenive classes....well please explain?
do they need runestones? do they need acid bombs? do they need edp?
o w8! I KNOW THEY NEED SPIRIT SPHERES! YES VERY EXPENSIVE!
as for snap in woe , i ll say no, dont nerf it, since its gonna make 99% recallers QQ since they cant snap recall

Sorry but no! Archer Skeleton is the worst card you can put in an Elven bow with the new WW set we got earlier this year. It has been tested and calculated by experts on iro wiki forums who are by far more knowledgeable with regards to this game then the majority of players. With my set I had at one point 63% range damage increase from the set alone that's not even factoring the 50% range bonus from elven arrows and elven bow. So any added range damage increase would not increase by much at all. That's why its better to have a +12 CEB and hydra card because they are demi-human increases. Bow mechanics are very complicated but in order of best cards to put in an Elven bow for AS damage it is:

Thanatos Card
Samurai Spectre Card
Hydra Card

Don't say otherwise because it has been tested and calculated.

I'm not familiar with how Archer Skel stacks with the WW set, so I mostly assumed the AS card would be the default. For any other class that uses ranged attacks though, an AS card is most certainly the best in this regard.

Be sure to do some damage tests with your CEB using Maximize Power though. I'd like to know if the ranged damage increase for it has been fixed or not.
